Following major structural changes internally and the acquisition of a new company, the challenge was to design and execute for our client, a challenger brand within the finance industry, a unique conference with the objective of breaking down extremely solid silos and creating cultural alignment between all newly merged departments and associated staff.

MB Squared successfully produced and delivered the event through the complete cycle from idea generation and strategic planning through to delivery, activation, and evaluation.

The Hunter Valley as the conference location allowed the use of multiple unique venue environments and the scope to design highly collaborative sessions to really make the 450 attendees step out of their comfort zones and look forward to the future.

These sessions ranged from interactive retro games, keynotes and think tanks held amongst the vineyards, professional produced infomercials, a small business, and a sole trader marketplace, and a gala dinner hidden amongst thousands of stacked wine barrels.
