Lift Brands Asia Pacific Business Summit

Lift Brands, an international franchise organisation and leader in the fitness industry, entrusted the MB Squared Team to design an event tech stack solution that engaged attendees, fostered connections, fulled brand pride, unleashed healthy competition and generated an energetic current throughout their annual Asia Pacific Business Summit on the Gold Coast.

After in-depth analysis of the event KPIs, tech needs and the appetite of over 600 attendees  – Franchisees, Club Managers and Head Office Staff –  we curated and delivered an event tech stack containing:

Custom Event Website and Registration Gateway
Sponsors Portal
Event App
Custom Gamification
Notifications Distribution
Appointment Setting Portal
Speakers Portal
Sponsors’ Lead Capture
Onsite Session Scanning and Tracking

We were a true extension of the inhouse event team, collaborating with not only the event coordinator but with the marketing, partnerships and graphic design teams. We also attended in person Summit Stakeholder meetings with senior management to provide updates on the website and app and proactively seek feedback during the build plus to also gain an understanding of any logistical or communication challenges and assisting with tech solutions where appropriate.

Our team was also onsite at Summit, continuing our role within the extended team:

Assisting delegates’ with any questions about the app
Scanning and tracking delegates as required
Providing live updates and end of day/ activity reporting metrics
Gamification live updates
Creating tech solutions for any issues that occurred
Managing delegate and sponsor comms and notifications
Assisting sponsors – advertising, notifications and activations

MB Squared’s Event Technology Solutions took the Lift Brands Asia Pacific Business Summit to the next level by personalising the event event experience, creating community, improving efficiency and providing opportunity for interactive and immersive storytelling.
